Data controllers: Buhodra Ingeniería S.A. and ALLPLAN Systems España S.A., as the organising entities of the event and joint controllers of the processing (Art. 26 GDPR). Both entities have entered into a joint-controllership agreement, the essence of which is available to data subjects upon request.

Purpose: the personal data provided (full name, email address, phone number, organisation and country of residence) will be processed to manage your registration and participation in the event, including the necessary communications — by email or by telephone — relating to its organisation, holding and follow-up. Additionally, and only if you give your consent by ticking the boxes provided below, each of the companies may send you commercial information about its products, services, training, activities and forthcoming events.

Legal basis: the management of registration and participation in the event is based on pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Commercial communications will be sent solely on the basis of your consent.

Retention period: the data will be kept as long as necessary to manage the event. Once it has ended, the data will be kept blocked throughout the legal limitation periods to address any liabilities. Data processed for commercial purposes will be kept until you withdraw your consent.

Recipients: the data may be processed by both organising entities and by those suppliers who need to be involved in the organisation and management of the event. They will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or in the cases provided for in the event's privacy policy.

Rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as withdraw any consent given at any time, by sending your request to administracion@istram.net or as set out in the event's privacy policy.
